Registered owners of Achieve Instructor, Achieve Teacher, or one of our courses can get free technical support from Daybreak Technology by e-mail or phone. Users of Achieve for courses other than those developed by Daybreak Technology can get phone support from Daybreak Technology that will be billed by the minute.
Not all of the problems you may encounter are related to the Achieve software. Before contacting us, first determine what you need help with:

For questions related to information contained in a course, contact the courseware author.

For computer hardware problems, refer to your computer’s manual and/or contact the manufacturer of the computer.

For printing problems, refer to your Windows user manual and/or your printer's user manual.

For network and internet connection problems, contact your network administrator or internet service provider.

For Windows operating system problems, refer to your Windows user manual and/or contact Microsoft.

For problems related to the operation of Achieve, Achieve Instructor, or Achieve Teacher, please refer to the trouble-shooting chapter in your user's manual, which explains many of the most common problems.
